Cuban authorities reacted to protests, stating that protesting is associated with fast-reacting groups. Special attention was paid to the events that took place in Ciro-Redondo, the province of Ciego de Ávila. In their opinion, participation in incomplete actions in these protests is also considered an adverse circumstance.
